These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Serendib Petals website and your purchase of our flower bouquets. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and natural variations

Our bouquets are handcrafted using natural flowers. Colour, size, shape, bloom stage and appearance may vary slightly from photographs. Product images guide the overall style. Seasonal availability may affect exact shades and supporting flowers, while we will preserve the selected bouquet’s overall value and character as closely as reasonably possible.

3. Orders and availability

An order is accepted after its details and flower availability are confirmed. We cut and prepare flowers after order confirmation. We may contact you if a requested flower, colour, delivery date or custom detail is unavailable. Customers must provide accurate recipient, telephone, address, landmark, delivery-date and gift-message information.

4. Prices and delivery

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). A flat LKR 650 charge applies to islandwide delivery in Sri Lanka. We aim to deliver within 24 hours, subject to confirmation, flower availability, location, weather, road conditions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payment

Payment is made by Bank Deposit using the checkout instructions. Send the payment slip through WhatsApp with the order number. Payment and the order are confirmed after manual verification. Never send card PINs, online-banking passwords or one-time passwords.

6. Customisation

Rose, wrapping and ribbon colours may be personalised subject to availability. A custom request is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

7. Delivery responsibility

The customer must provide complete delivery information and ensure the recipient or an authorised person can receive the order. Bouquets are checked and secured inside a protective delivery box to help limit movement. Incorrect information, recipient unavailability or restricted access may require a new arrangement and an additional delivery charge.

8. Cancellations, replacements and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Because flowers are perishable and prepared for each order, cancellation is available only before preparation begins.

9. Website use and intellectual property

Use this website only for lawful personal shopping. Website text, branding, photographs, graphics and designs belong to Serendib Petals or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Serendib Petals is not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The published version applies from its stated update date. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
